COLONEL STAR & STRIPES ACTION FIGURE BY NECA

I am a Jim Carrey fan, so when I saw this Colonel Stars & Stripes action figure from KA2 (Kick-Ass 2) at some toy store in Singapore, I just quickly grabbed it.

The action figure was made by NECA. It comes with his dog, Eisenhower, and a club that can be mounted to his right hand - yes, only to his right hand as his left hand is fully closed so there's no way to insert the club. Now this action figure was released in 2 variants, one with his hood up, which I obviously got and I'm pretty happy with it, and the other one without.

The figure is about 7.25 inches tall while the dog is about 3.25. The sculpture, the details, the paint job, and articulation, were awesome as like most NECA figures. The head sculpt, however, doesn't look like Jim so much, though from certain angles, and I think with the help of his hoodie, I can see some likeness.

Overall, I think this is one KICK-ASS figure I've got!

Smart has launched a LIMITED EDITION affordable 4G LTE pocket wifi/router for only P1,995. The new device is an EVOLUZN FX PR2 while the previous one was FX PR1 and sold for P3,495.

The package comes with a micro USB cable, a 1000mAh USB wall charger, manual, and a SmartBRO LTE Multi-Cut SIM card which has a free data of 350MB/month for 3 months.

The device has a 2050mAh removable battery; uses a mini SIM card; and has a microSD slot for file sharing, which can also function as a USB drive if you plug it in your computer.

BATMAN v SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE COLLECTIBLES FROM PETRON

Petron, one of the largest oil companies in the Philippines is now out with new collectibles, The Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice Gadget Collection. They have a total of four figures to collect and each figure have different function: Batman - USB hub, Superman - Digital Clock, Wonder Woman - Multi Charger, and Armored Batman - Lamp. But I only bought these two figures, Batman and Wonder Woman, as I don't quite like how the other two looks.

REVOLTECH DANBOARD MINI (FAKE)

I wanted a Danboard ever since I saw its photos all over the net. But when I finally decided to buy online, it was a counterfeit! It took a while for me to realize this because it was my first Danboard. There were some imperfections like excess plastics protruding on the body and paint blots on the imprints which is very rare with Japanese toys such as Revoltech. The joints are very fragile so one must be very gentle when moving them. The eyes light up but not as bright as the authentic ones. The packaging is crappy, too.

On the brighter side, these are only minor flaws and not really noticeable if you don't look at it closely. It was also relatively cheaper compared to amazon and still looks great in the picture so I'll just keep it.
